2012 Sailing Season

The Schooner American Eagle offers a good mix of four- and six-night cruises with a nine-night cruise in August.  If you're looking for something unique during the 2012 sailing season, consider joining us for 6 days in June to explore the Maine coastline beyond Acadia National Park towards the Canadian border, for 9 days in August for our only international cruise -- this year to New Brunswick Canada, or for 6 days over Labor Day to sail to Massachusetts for the Gloucester Schooner Festival.

For all trips the deposit is $350 per person, balance due 6 weeks before sailing, full refund less $25 per person fee until then.  Should you cancel within 6 weeks of sailing, your payment will be returned only as others are booked for that trip.  Credit toward a later trip will be given under the same terms.  Rebookings are subject to a $25 fee.

All cabins accommodate two persons: we offer Cabins A & B as single occupancy cabins for an additional $25 per night .

Alternate Pricing?

Yes, we donate a number of trips (usually a trip for two) to charities and non-profits every year.  No, its not a tax deduction for us; but it may be for you. In the past year we donated to the Freeport Historical Society here in Maine, the Galveston Historical Society in Texas and the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce in Massachusetts.
